[SRC-JAVA] Nano IRC Bot

An IRC bot is a set of scripts or an independent program that connects to Internet Relay Chat as a client, and so appears to other IRC users as another user. An IRC bot differs from a regular client in that instead of providing interactive access to IRC for a human user, it performs automated functions.

SYNTAX'S:
$acc[cmd] (EX: $accadd name level) ($accdel name) ($accget name) ($accban name) ($accclear)
$translate:msg:first language(the language of the message):second language (what you want it to translate to)

• This bot is not amazing, but it is much better than my previous bot. I kept the hard-coding to a minimum and deleted tons of useless features.

• This uses a loading feature, so make a folder in C:\ called 'NetBeansIsBad' and make a few text files, 'words', 'ops', 'admins', 'allowed', and 'banned'
